So let us invite you to join us for a session of Tai-Chi, a practice originating in traditional Chinese medicine, while you enjoy the silence and tranquillity of our surroundings in one of the most impressive backdrops in the Basque Country.
Includes a range of ancient Chinese exercises developed in imitation of animals (tiger, crane, monkey, deer, bear) or specialised sessions on flexibility, balance, curative energy, strengthening mind and spirit and developing relaxation.

Once inside the caves, prepare yourself for one of Gorbeia Central Park's most adventurous experiences: cave climbing for all.
